To tell you the truth I never had much confidence
in the other 2 screwmount era SMC zooms, the 45-125 F4
and the 85-210 F4.5. I have shot very little with
them preferring primes instead. But now I am going
to run some more tests on them because if they are nearly
as good as the 135-600 F6.7 , they may indeed be worth
using. All three of mine are dead mint and it almost
seems a shame to use them but if the quality is top
notch, it may be worth it to risk taking them out
for a spin...
