Hi Everyone: This past week it rained virtually everyday--and a weird kind of
rainy period it was. Virtually every day you could see the sun and the clouds
struggling for dominance and during the tension it would rain, sometimes heavy,
sometimes just sprinkles. Black clouds along with patches of clear sky could
be seen at the same time! On the way home from work this past Friday, I made a
few shots while Darrel drove. This small gallery depicts what it's been like

i enjoyed this more for waiting a few days to look, as i spent several hours
outside in cold rain yesterday (occupy denver), and then the clouds lifted and
i spotted the first snow on the foothills, just a week after we did a balmy
fall color trip into the foothills
#1 overcomes its cliche and i could imagine it on an ECM album cover
#s 5 & 6 i like best
