At that Boris gig that I recently posted about, I was jammed against the stage as were some others with nontrivial cameras. In a break in the proceedings while the band was re-tuning, the woman next to me with some big zoomed Canon suddenly turned and said "What's the weird-shaped camera?" and the guy next to her piled on with "Yeah, I was wondering." Actually, they had a point, I guess, with the big fat Sigma 30mm/f1.4 glass on front of the little K-5, plus I had the hood on because of the lights straight overhead: http://www.tbray.org/tmp/k5s30.png
