In the Midwest Winter and Summer are seasons of extremes to be endured
and survived. Spring is a time of renewal; time to plant and look for
green shoots emerging from dark loamy soil. Fall is a time for
reflection; time for walks in a forest so quiet you can almost hear the
falling leaves hit the ground.
