After seeing the test of memory cards last week, I decided to give it a try. I
picked up a Sandisk 16GB class 10 card for $28.35 (with 3rd day air shipping) from
B&H. I figured that even if it didn't make a difference a 16G card can be
handy to have. I set up bracketing for 5 shots. With my Transcend 8G class 10 from
press of the shutter to the write light going out, was about 14 seconds. With the
Sandisk Extreme, it was about 9 seconds.

I haven't tried any of my other cards yet.

I wonder at what memory card speed does it stop making a difference, and the
card exceeds the speed of the camera.

note that a brand new card can be faster than older card, due to how flash memory works
