That's very interesting.  I've heard of the occasional house over here being 
made from containers.  You'd have to insulate them very carefully.

There's not much that shipping containers can't be used for.  We're also using 
them to help protect facades that are to be saved, and prevent rock falls from 
posing a danger to nearby roads.

Was it your friend who tried to get an injunction put on our mall just days 
before it was due to open?  Someone in the UK was trying to claim that his 
"popup" container mall is the first in the world.  He dropped his action soon 
after in the light of negative publicity.
