Haha... I'm happy to learn how to do it. I'm concerned about

FWIW, the Nik Dynamic Skin Softener is in the ColorEfex Pro set.
Thanks... I see that they offer a LR-only version of their products
(for less $), in addition to the PS/LR versions. Do you think having
the ability to adjust these actions as separate layers in PS is worth
the extra cost?
I don't do LightRoom, so for me the answer is yes.
I couldn't tell you whether the LightRoom only version is adequate for
your purposes, but I expect it should be.
