it bugs me ... maybe that's a good thing? i don't have one response but a collection of little nagging thoughts that keep my eye wandering around in the image ...

the window is not a window (given that, i like your title); the green is a nice color, but i am puzzled at the effort to get the green behind the bars; the gutters are not classy, timeworn gutters, and aren't artfully fastened nor positioned; there's a bit of an impatient handyman in them; it seems like this is a location where there is never ice, or those diagonal gutters won't last; the reflections in the big gutter are interesting, but they clash with the otherwise subtle tone

the wall has an interesting patina; the ladder has knees! the three spaces created by the lines of the gutters are interesting, but in combination with the rest i find it unharmonic; i think if you cropped off the lower 40% and a bit on the left it would be an interesting abstract; or maybe go back and rip that big gutter down for a reshoot ;)
