Bill - I would suggest trying a couple of free programs to help you decide what you really want when the time comes to spend your money.
At http://www.ulead.com you can download their Photo Explorer. The free version has ads, but you can probably live with it to check out the functionality. You can buy it to get rid of the ads, or if I remember correctly, buying another Ulead product let's you get an ad-free version at no cost. This may no longer be the case. Another respected free product is Irfanview. It does a pretty good job at slide shows and contact prints and is free for non-commercial use. You can find it at http://www.irfanview.com See you later, gs > > Date: Tue, 05 Mar 2002 17:18:12 -0800 > From: William Kane <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> > Subject: OT: Slideshow Program > > Hey guys, > > I know this is off-topic, but does anyone know of a GOOD program that > will take pictures of any size (preferably jpg), and show a full screen > slidewho of them? > > I'm looking for something that I can use for teaching with.
