That happened to me as well. When the 'new' PPG arrived in October, images that had been 'pending' seemed to have been lost (I had two 'pending' from May) so I resubmitted them, only to find that the earlier versions showed up a few days later, still 'pending'. Both versions of both photos were eventually accepted and I deleted the earlier ones.
