The right side 'crop' looks ok to me, it appears deliberate and thought out ahead (in that its not just a small part of the tree omitted). A bigger issue for me is the inclusion of so much of a blank sky on the LH side - IMO it should be cut off leaving the LH edge just a bit to the left of the tree.
