I was standing on one of Venice's innumerable bridges contemplating a shot when I heard a conversation behind me. The British woman on the left was trying to give the bouquet to the Italian woman on the right, who was reluctant. Eventually she accepted, and walked slowly away clutching the flowers with a smile.
