Thanks for the additional feedback on this shot. I had done quite a bit of noise reduction already, giving Topaz Denoise a try. I was sort of desensitized to the noise after looking at it for so long and seeing a vast improvement. Here's an additional image after tweaking noise reduction again with Denoise.
