i was referring to the consumerist article to which Liz referred (which in turned claimed to be reposting ideas from usnews.com); consumerist.com is in my newsfeed at the moment, but i don't think it will last

i understand and agree about about.com — wish i could banish sites like that from my google search results — but i'm willing to visit Liz's posts now and then
