Thanks, Paul.  The food is pretty good--standard fare for this sort of joint.  
When I was a kid, the diner used to be a few doors north of where it's shown in 
the photograph.  It's been in the neighborhood forever--I referenced it in my 
story in 1974. which is 37 years ago, and it was there a good long while before
