I found a bargain: someone on another photo forum posted a note saying, "I've scanned all the film I'm ever going to scan. My Nikon Coolscan V has done its job. It's four months old, who wants it? $700" I bought it, and sold my Coolscan IV for $300, a bit more than I paid for it. $400 for a Coolscan V ED is a serious bargain for one of the best scanners in the business. But it's not a volume scanner without an expensive attachment or two. -- Godfrey godfreydigiorgi.posterous.com -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List [email protected] http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net to UNSUBSCRIBE from the PDML, please visit the link directly above and follow the directions.
