Nice that they gave attribution but would have been nicer had they asked permission or informed you that they'd used it. What they did still amounts to theft, imho, no matter how benign the use and even if there's no monetary gain involved.

It doesn't appear that they've used the pic for commercial purposes and they credited it, so I'm fine with that.
