Gah!
I've had a couple of PK/A Adaptall mounts for a while now, but I don't
recall actually putting them on the camera before.
Last night I found a Tamron 24mm f2.5 that I got some time ago and
wanted to give it a try. Popped the mount on the lens, put the lens on
the camera and took some pics. Acted really wonky. Way over-exposed.
Long shutter speed times. With the camera set to "A" the aperture was
as small as it could go (instead of wide open).
Weirdnesses.

Went to take the lens off and it is *stuck*. Acts like the Ricoh mount
pin lock-up problem.
Didn't get to spend much time on getting it off. Was able to remove
the lens from the Adaptall mount, but the Adaptall mount is still on
the camera.

Anybody else ever experienced this?
Ideas?
