Dave, set lens corrections (distortion and chromatic aberration) to off and
get the picture immediately!

Sharpness looks ok, but i plan on doing a short focus chart test just
to see how these pan out.
- unless i have something off or wrong setting, it seems to take an
awful long time from the shutter release to being able to view the
shot on the lcd screen, seems like 3-4 seconds. K10D was almost
instant. Any suggestions. Jpg mode at 10mp at **** and high speed
