There's an EXIF token "FocusMode" that EXIFtool can read, but I suspect it's somewhat variable as to what cameras support using it and how it's included in EXIF data. Lightroom does not display it nor present it as a sorting option, so you'd need to write a script with EXIFtool to determine if a file had it, interpret the data associated, and then generate and insert a keyword.
If you save metadata in LR first, run a script external to LR to do this on your files, then re-open LR and tell it to read metadata, it will include the new keywords in the catalog.
