What motivated me here was the fact that this snow fall was so early that the dogwoods were full of bright red leaves, and some of the other trees were still pretty green. That made is unusual, and worthy of recording in my view, and more colorful than image I had earlier taken in the dead of winter. I think the colors helped to get this photo into the PPG.
