I have been using my M42 lenses on my K-x for a couple years now, but over the weekend was the first time I tried putting one (1.9 / 85) on a program plus that I had picked up and never used.
Wow. What a dream. So big and bright and easy to focus. I left the shutter on auto and pretty much left the aperture in the 2 and 2.8 neighborhood and the camera takes care of the rest. If the pictures come out nicely, I might actually be tempted to shoot film some more. This experience makes me really understand why people cry out for a full frame pentax.
