Is there a set of optimal (for broad values of optimal) Lightroom settings for processing files for the annual? If so, is there some sort of plug-in or something we could use that would set lightroom up with the defaults that would make Mark's life easier for processing the files?
For example, what is a good balance of resolution and jpeg quality to fit the 4.4 MB format? Is there an optimal resolution? i.e. 300 dpi times 7" high and 8.25" wide? or are there preferred aspect ratios for vertical and horizontal? Or is it just a case of bigger is better and Mark will resize as necessary? If I just do it as sRGB, does it get a separate ICC profile? If so, how do I set that up? Are there any other questions I should ask about things I could do in processing that would make the photos work better, or Mark's life easier? For that matter, is it better for us On Jan 18, 2012, at 3:53 AM, Pete McIntosh wrote: > Serves me right for cleaning up my emails... > > Would someone be so kind as to post the URL for contributions to the 2012 > PDML annual please? > > Many thanks! > > Regards, > > Pete Mac in Melbourne > > -- > PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List > [email protected] > http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net > to UNSUBSCRIBE from the PDML, please visit the link directly above and follow > the directions. -- Larry Colen [email protected] sent from i4est -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List [email protected] http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net to UNSUBSCRIBE from the PDML, please visit the link directly above and follow the directions.
