I bought a 'junk' lot on ebay just for the A35-105/4 lens in it. The
exterior is scratched and dented, but the glass is OK. But there is lots of
dust inside, at least 3X as much as anything else I own. I suppose that I
shouldn't use it, but I do and am more than happy with the results.

Along with another lot, a mystery M40/2.8 was evident. It looked good at
first glance, but under really close examination, it had branching tracks
around the edge of the glass...fungus, a ring of about 2mm at the edge of the
glass. At smaller apertures, this is no problem. At f 2.8 with a high glare
subject, the tracks result in some visible image degredation, a kind of fuzzy
glare. This one I don't use.

Regards, Bob S.
