I like it too.. though for me (and it may jsut be my messed up eyes) the land mass is a bit dark compared to the sky -
I love the scale - the winding dirt road dwarfed by the giants ...
would like the foreground to be a bit lighter so I can see it and the
sky to be more saturated - which is what I would have liked if I'd been there.

Dan, I really like this.  The colors and textures in the ground, and the color 
of the sky, contrast so well with the wind turbines.

The exposure surprises me: ISO 100, f/8, 1/500.  Lots of light there!
