If you tell us it's HDR we are going to see HDR and not just suspect
it. You certainly made a great street night scene using HDR technics.
The ghost do not bother a bit.

I made no effort to hide the "ghosts" resulting from combining 5
exposures at slow shutter speeds (I kinda like the look).

This is a photo of Picadilly Circus in London, with the Criterion
Theatre (where we saw "The 39 Steps") front and center.
