I use manual in this type of situation -- the light is consistent and non-directional, plus varying backgrounds (ads on the boards, or light/dark jerseys) might trip up the meter... I usually set it & forget it. Which can get me into trouble when I change from shooting action to getting candids on the bench... Not that the light has changed, but I don't really need to be shooting at 1/1000 sec at 8000 iso in that situation. So, I try to be mindful of that, and remember to adjust... > >> >> BTW, #67 is my brute... > > > In pictures 3 and 6? Someday, I will share some pics of our backyard rink... it's been a crappy warm winter so far this year, though. Tough on the "home ice". :) -c -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List [email protected] http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net to UNSUBSCRIBE from the PDML, please visit the link directly above and follow the directions.
