I'm not married. A 75 year old drain pipe broke off inside the wall. Looks like 
I'm going to be doing dishes in the bath-tub for a while.

I've needed to rebuild the kitchen for years, but I was hoping to put it off just a 
little longer. Spending today getting stuff out&  boxed up; measuring and 
trying to make a plan.

Coffee maker still works, so it's not a total disaster.
