Which is exactly why I got an X10 - I didn't want to focus manually through the optical viewfinder, I wanted to compose through it. If I want to focus manually through an optical viewfinder i will put a manual lens on a DSLR and do it that way, or get another R-D1, or even a Leica. Sadly funds do not allow the latter!! My point is that I see part of the picture-taking process as looking through an optical viewfinder. -- Cheers, Cotty ___/\__ || (O) | People, Places, Pastiche ---------- http://www.cottysnaps.com _____________________________ -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List [email protected] http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net to UNSUBSCRIBE from the PDML, please visit the link directly above and follow the directions.
