ah ok -
although I'm more comfortable buying those at a farm market -
being (perhaps) overly concerned about other not so yummy or safe
stuff growing on them.
Certainly the other photos make them look a lot more appealing :-)

Zab picked up an oyster mushroom growing kit a while back. Shrooms grew
out one side of it, then when we tried the other side, we didn't have so
much luck. She put what was left of the kit in the tub and stuck in the
cupboard.
