Quoting Steven Desjardins <[email protected]>:

The biggest problem may simply be the lack of any advantages. It's
not that much smaller, no eye level viewfinder, kind weird looking,
etc. I don't see it being cheaper than the Kr. At least the Q was a
compact.

I'm not looking for compact. I'm looking for K-5 IQ in a cheaper body
and the K-01 might just be it.

The rumor mill is suggesting no viewfinder but rumored specs a couple of
days ago suggested an EVF so I'm keeping my fingers crossed. Don't you
just love rumors.....

Two days ago people were complaining about how small the image in the viewfinder was, now here's a huge one, and they're complaining about that too. :-)

I wonder how hard it would be to make something that would clip to the back of a camera like that, so you could use the back like a viewfinder.

Not entirely unlike this:

But I'd throw some optics in so you could make it shallower and get some diopter adjustment in the process.

While we're at it, I'd also like a 45 degree mirror so I could use it like a waist level viewfinder.

Cheers
