I won't copy any of the original message but let me make a comment. I think this is exactly the Pentax dilemma, too. What I want them to do is to put out a digital SLR body of reasonable resolution right now that will let me use my Pentax lenses. 4MP would fit my digital needs. Then they can update the body every six months, if they need to, and I'll buy the updates that I want. Holding off on the body is just going to force me to another system, if it meets my needs.
