Kind of looks like you missed the focus a bit on the first one (like I did with 
Wesley). The hair on be side of her face and her headband seem sharper than her 
face. She also looks a bit uncomfortable to me. 

Now the second one I like a lot! A nice, relaxed informal portrait. Nice 
smiles, they look like good people. Good conversion, too. A winner!
