LR3 is 50% off from Adobe until March 5th, which probably indicates that LR4 will be released for real around that time. The previous upgrade from 2 to 3 was $99, so if you buy LR3 now, you'll want to compare the retail price for LR4 to the price of LR3 plus the upgrade. (there is no guarantee that it will be $99 again, of course).
