Yes, I use that card, and *yes* you can select what gets xfer'ed. PJ: you lose that bet. :)
I use the card for wireless tethering. I configure it to send only JPGs, then I configure the K20D to do RAW normally and RAW+JPG when the RAW button is pushed. I also configure the JPEG settings to lowest possible quality and highest compression. That way the images xfer very fast. I also configure the Eye-Fi utility daemon to drop the incoming JPGs into a specific folder. I have a script enabled to notice new files there and open them in Preview so they pop up on-screen right away. Works very well to verify the lighting setup.
