It seems that there are two things you should do:

1) When you're taking a photo of a flower, just use your camera to take a photo 
of the sign.

2) To save yourself a lot of work taking pictures of signs for flowers where 
the pictures don't turn out well, don't take the pictures that aren't as good.  
Only take the few shots that will turn out well.
