I like it a lot. The pose has attitude. I dislike the way her fingers are cut off by the railing (this sort of thing is emphasized in high-key). Also, the added catchlights should be equal (and certainly not the eye shaded from the overhead fluorescent be bigger). But i'm picking nits.
