Delurking for a moment:
Suppose every person knows this but me, but it continues
to astonish that Dear AnnSan patters over to the Zoo
with a digital camera by all rights outdated -- almost
10 years since the introduction -- and proceeds
to show those with the newest iterations
exactly how photography is done.
Color cast? Heck-Fire ... The bird is in focus. The scene is
interesting. Of the six prominent leaves, the rear-most spear is fading
softly with a gentle bokeh emerging.
I'd be running in circles singing Ta-Ra-Ra Boom-de-ay at the scene if I
got that shot.
