Nice idea - I wish I had the time and the money! There are a few guys over here that specialize in them, but the operative word is 'specialize'. It's not something you can just pick up and offer as a service along with everything else, there just aren't enough hours in the day. I specialize in news coverage. You couldn't ask a natural history cameraman to do a news shift, just wouldn't happen - he'd be completely lost - and vice versa. There isn't any such thing as an all-round camera operator who can work with every aspect. That said, I do employ a few bits and bobs now and again to get me an edge if I can.
