Miyazaki-san of MS Optical R&D makes a number of small idiosyncratic lenses, 
including this 35mm version which I own and use on my M-mount cameras:

The Super Triplet Perar 35/3.5is surprisingly good IMO.  Yes, the edges are a 
bit soft wide open, but Miyazaki-san sure gets the most out of 6 optical 
surfaces, and the lens is about as tiny as it can be.
