That sounds incorrect.  The SuperProgram supports analog TTL.  The
AF280T should be able to do TTL, Auto and Manual modes on the
SuperProgram.  For TTL, set the Flash to TTL and then you can use any
f stop you want (within flash power).  For Auto, set the flash to an
auto mode and set the aperture to corresponding flash setting.  For
manual, do your own calculations.
