 I second this.  You can edit your image in fullscreen mode, with 
your toolboxes and an Explorer window on the small monitor.  Totally 
brilliant.

 If you've got a Wacom tablet, the drivers support dual monitors and 
give you all sorts of options.  I'm going to try locking the tablet 
to the big screen only because whenever I enable the other screen it 
instantly becomes twice as sensitive in the horizontal direction :)
