I'm assuming you're in VA somewhere...if you haven't tried Colours in Bailey's 
Crossroads you should, they have the best color lab I've used.

I don't use them very regularly because they don't have much in the way of digital 
services, and their medFo reprint prices are too high, but their work is *excellent*.
