Hi, Dave,
I don't care for the pose "Flame" chose for her lower body. Stiff and 
unattractive..IMO of course.
Suggest you cut her off to just below the belt. Next, thoroughly saturate all 
colors.'til the hair becomes flames. It will give her skin tone a light red 
cast, but may not push the dress beyond reason.
I doubt you're going for a natural look anyway. (?)
