Hey guys and gals! Ok, well, I know I have been ultra quiet around here of late, but there is a good reason. Its because I have been busier than a beaver! BUT, I have some news to share and wanted you to be among the first to know as you guys have been with me almost since I purchased my very first camera.
sooooooooo, guess who was just announced to be the AIPP Qld Professional Family Photographer Of The Year (Runner Up) for 2012?? :-) I was pipped at the post by a really beautiful lady who specializes in amazing newborn portraits, by, wait for it, ONE point. Grrr!! One point separated us! Even so, it is only my second year of entering the awards and I am extremely happy with this feather to put in my cap. REALLY hoping next year I can find that extra point though! And now I have to get busy preparing my prints for the APPAs (Australian Professional Photography Awards) in May. I can only hope to do so well there too! Thank you to everybody here for your words of wisdom and advice over the years, I share this title with all of you!
