i use yyyy/mm/dd for on-disk, but have smart albums for one-star-plus-in-the-last two weeks and two-stars-plus-in-the-last-four-months for the "current" concept; these two auto-sync to my phone and the first drives my screensaver, so i have several ways to review recent work
