Bruce. Thanks

As far as the lighting goes . The green tube is attached to a Sunpak 120J bare bulb flash. The green tube was a small hair spray bottle that my wife was finished with. I drilled a hole in the bottom of the bottle with a 3/4 hole saw which fits the bare bulb. Also had to take the spray top off the bottle and take out the tube. The white on the end is a screw on cap from some other bottle of something. It just happened to fit. The white cap softens the light. The bottle size is 6.9 oz. The inside of the bottle is silver, which reflects the bare bulb. The flash on the right side is attached to two 8 7/8 plastic foam whites plates which are glued front to front, to the back of one of the plates is glued a small black plastic container which is 5 1/4 by 4 1/4 in size. This came from a frozen Stouffer's Lasagna 10 1/2 oz package. I cut out an opening for the flash in the bottom of black container. This way the flash just sits in the opening. This flash was one of the YN560 Yongnuo units. The Yongnuo and the Sunpak were both shot on manual somewhere in the range of 1/16 to 1/4 power.
I do a lot of home made flash mods. Joe

Hey guys and girls, I am back. Been off the list for a while. I did speak
to Ann S a few times on the phone.

I just added some photos to this folder which is flowers and bugs. Here
 is the link

I added copyright info to the face of the first eight photos that I just
 uploaded. Thoughts ?
The reason is some of my photos have been showing on other people's web
pages. One of my car photos that was published in Super Stock Magazine is on
 a SmugMug web page.

This photo is just to show the lighting used,

photos where shot with the Pentax 200 mm Macro lens........Joe

Hi Joe! Those crocus detail shots are wonderful, and I really enjoy
your behind-the-scenes shot with your flower lighting setup.

Be sure you get a shot into the PUG Classic for April.
