It's a well-executed photo, but we have so many "exit-ramp guys" here in Minneapolis that I just don't even look at 'em anymore. It would be interesting to see what would happen if work/food were offered, rather than the occasional stray dollar bill or two. My cynical wager is that most times (not all!) the offer of work in exchange for food would be rejected.
