It's been sitting on a shelf since then, there were other things more important than getting it fixed. With all the talk about the increase in prices I decided it was, at least, worth taking the time to get an estimate on the repair cost. I dropped it off at the local camera store where I teach a few classes. They are going to handle the logistics of sending it to Pentax. We'll see how this story progresses.
