Fascinating car, well recorded by you: a '59 Chevrolet Impala hardtop coupe. 
Looks like it's loaded with every option that was available. Probably not the 
car one would have wanted at the time, but a great nostalgia piece. 1959 was 
the year that tail fins reached their maximum -- even Mercedes-Benz introduced 
them. While the '59 Cadillac is the most celebrated of the gian tail fin cars, 
I always thought that this Chevy, with its wing-shaped fins, was the most 
attractive.
